Understanding epsilon-delta proofs
There is a terrific blog post here explaining epsilon-delta proofs. Something we are looking at in Maths at the moment.

Also, there is an applet here, (the Limits, EpsilonDelta one) which gives a really good visualisation. I tried to represent something similar in a drawing in a previous post.
